Swapnil Phadnis has joined TLH, Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner, strengthening the Firm's corporate and transactional practice.

Phadnis has over 14 years in the legal profession, having advised leading domestic and international clients on complex strategic and private equity transactions, with particular depth across financial services, insurance, and renewable energy. He also brings significant expertise in distressed acquisitions, including transactions under India's corporate insolvency resolution framework.

Prior to his move to TLH Advocates, Phadnis was a Principal Associate at Veritas Legal. Before that, he was associated with Trilegal for a decade.

At TLH, he will play a key role in advising clients on sophisticated, cross-border, and sector-defining mandates.
