Dual-qualified technology lawyer and formerly lawyer with Nishith Desai Associates Jaideep Reddy has joined Trilegal as a Counsel at the firm's TMT practice.

Reddy is a 2013 graduate of the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (NUJS). He earned his LL.M. in Law and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 2016.

Reddy started his career at Samvād Partners, where he worked for over 2 years. He went on to hold a Leadership position at the Palo Alto and Bengaluru offices of Nishith Desai Associates for over 6 years. Currently, he is teaching 'Crypto and Blockchain: Law and Policy' as a Visiting Faculty at the National Law School of India University.

With license to practice in India and California, U.S.A., Reddy specialises in disruptive technologies and their interaction with the law, with a focus on non-fungible tokens (NFT) and cryptocurrency. His work and extensive knowledge of emerging technologies is expected to help the firm expand its technology practice and serve clients better.
