Thanuja Palla has joined Hammurabi & Solomon Partners as a Partner to lead the firm's Hyderabad office and drive strategic growth in the region.
Palla is an alumnus of Osmania University. She earned her LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Penn State University, USA. She is a member of the Delhi Bar Council and the American Bar Association.
Palla is a corporate legal professional with experience across multiple industries including Fintech, IT, Logistics, Real Estate, and Infrastructure. Her expertise spans across Business Structuring, Capital Strategy, Commercial Contracts, Litigation, Arbitration, and Corporate Governance.
