On launching Trace Law Partners, Gaur stated,

“I've always wanted to build a practice where my passion for the law is at the very core of what we do. After a decade of working with some of the best TMT and IP teams in the country, I felt the time was right to become a strategic partner to our clients. The goal is to truly understand their needs and work as an extension of their team.”

Khanna added,

"My time at NDA was incredibly rewarding and shaped my journey in many ways. Over time, I felt a strong pull to build something from the ground up. With disruptive technologies changing industries so quickly, I saw an opportunity to start a firm that could grow with businesses—whether startups or big tech—as they navigate this fast-changing landscape."
