Goldman Sachs Executive Director Pallavi Banerjee joins Trilegal as Partner

Banerjee has previously worked at J Sagar Associates, followed by a brief stint at Trilegal, before joining Goldman Sachs.

Former Executive Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Goldman Sachs Pallavi Banerjee is joining Trilegal as a Partner in the firm's banking and finance practice at Mumbai. 

Banerjee is a 2013 graduate of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.

She has over 10 years of experience as a banking and finance transactional lawyer with a focus on private debt, stressed assets, debt financing, and structured debt products, including loans and debt issuances. 

She has previously worked at J Sagar Associates, followed by a brief stint at Trilegal, before joining Goldman Sachs, where she advised on their debt and equity investments in India.

Partner and member of the management committee at Trilegal Nishant Parikh, said in a press release.

Banerjee’s addition will take the total partnership strength of Trilegal to 117.
