Varun Bhutani has been appointed Head of Legal at YesMadam.

Bhutani is a 2018 graduate of Ramaiah College of Law.

With nearly a decade of experience across in-house positions, he specialises in working with start-ups, managing every aspect of early-stage business operations alongside legal responsibilities. His expertise include contracts, regulatory compliance, fintech regulations, debt recovery, manufacturing industry exposure, due diligence for equity raise and structured finance.

Prior to joining YesMadam, Bhutani held legal leadership positions at OfBusiness, Ecom Express and most recently, Zypp Electric.

At YesMadam, he will be responsible for the company’s legal function, regulatory compliance, contract governance, litigation strategy, and legal risk management to support business expansion.
