Veritas Legal Real Estate Partner Vineet Nalawalla has resigned from the firm to join Rahul Dwarkadas at RJD & Partners along with some of his team members.

Confirming the development, Rahul Dwarkadas said,

"We are pleased that Vineet, along with the core members of his team, will be joining us at RJD & Partners. Vineet brings with him a deep knowledge of real estate law and a level of sophistication that will significantly enhance the practice. His expertise offers not only a greater depth of understanding but also I highly practical, solution-oriented approach for our clients.

There is strong synergy between real estate and litigation, and we believe this integration will further strengthen both areas. I’m genuinely excited about the opportunities ahead and what the future holds for us as a team."

We have reached out to Veritas Legal Managing Partner Abhit Joshi for comment.

Nalawalla is a 2008 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai. He headed Veritas Legal's Real Estate practice and co-headed the Private Equity in Real Estate and Hotels and Hospitality practices.

With an experience of almost two decades, he has represented clients in a broad range of real estate related transactions including property acquisition, disposition and financing, advising on joint ventures for development of real estate, developments and investments in real estate, and assisting with leasing agreements and property and asset management contracts in all aspects.
