Trilegal Partner Rohan Ghosh Roy has quit the firm after over 14 years of association.

Roy graduated from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata in 2008 and joined the firm soon after.

During his stint, he worked with several leading funds, financial institutions and multinational corporations. He also advised top-tier clients on a variety of high-value and complex investments into India’s leading payments, e-commerce, technology and consumer internet companies. Roy has represented corporate and private-equity clients on contentious exits and investment disputes
