Vipin Upadhyay joins King Stubb & Kasiva as Partner in Tax practice

Vipin Upadhyay has joined King Stubb & Kasiva as a Partner in the firm’s Tax Practice.

Upadhyay is a 2014 graduate of National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

He has over a decade of extensive experience in indirect taxation, income tax, and allied regulatory frameworks, with a focus on Goods and Services Tax (GST), Customs, Foreign Trade Policy, and commercial disputes. His expertise spans constitutional challenges, refund and classification disputes, transitional GST issues, and cross-border taxation matters.

Over the years, he has represented major corporations such as Bharti Airtel Ltd., HCL Infosystems Ltd., and Supertron Electronics Pvt. Ltd., successfully steering high-stakes matters in both direct and indirect tax domains.

Prior to joining KSK, Upadhyay managed a successful independent practice, representing clients before various High Courts, CESTATs, ITATs, and regulatory authorities across India.
