Vishnu Mehra & Co., Law Offices (VMCO) recently announced the addition of Kulbhushan Verma & Associates (KBV) as their latest collaboration.

KBV is a Gurugram-based well-known CS consultancy firm engaged in providing services pertaining to Company and LLP incorporation, FDA, FSSAI and Drug licensing work, secretarial audits and due diligence, Nidhi Company Formation, ISO and CDSO Work, MCG Licence, and other innumerable services.

Since its establishment in 2011, by FCS Kulbhushan Verma, KBV has been actively engaged in providing quality professional services to well-known companies.

On a LinkedIn post, VMCO welcomed the KBV team and wished for a successful collaboration on future projects.

Earlier VMCO Managing Partner Karan Mehra had expanded the firm by collaborating with inQuest Consulting & Advisories, a premier risk management company.
