Zeeshan A Khan joins Luthra and Luthra as Partner in IPR team

Khan will be working out of the Firm's Delhi office.

Zeeshan A Khan has joined Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a Partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) team at Delhi.

Khan is an alumnus of Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur

He brings to the firm over 16 years of extensive experience in Intellectual Property law. Prior to joining Luthra and Luthra, he was a key member of the IP practice at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners, where he built a formidable reputation for his work in IP litigation and enforcement, including engagements with law enforcement agencies, customs registration and enforcement matters, and domain name disputes before WIPO and NIXI.

Throughout his career, Khan has represented close to 50 Fortune Global 500 companies, advising leading global and domestic clients across a diverse array of sectors such as FMCG, automobiles, oil & gas, retail, fashion, sports, footwear, hospitality, textiles, food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, electronics, insurance, and financial services.
