Zeeshan Khan moves from K Law to Luthra as Partner in Banking & Finance practice

At Luthra, Khan will work closely with Senior Partner Girish Rawat, strengthening the firm’s Banking and Finance and Restructuring and Insolvency capabilities.

K Law Partner Zeeshan Khan has joined Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a Partner in the firm’s Banking & Finance practice at Mumbai. 

Khan is a 2010 graduate of Gujarat National Law University.

With over 15 years of experience, he advises on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including corporate and acquisition finance, project and structured finance, debt capital markets, and international banking matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers. He also has substantial experience in stressed asset and special situations matters, including restructuring, enforcement of security, debt recovery, and insolvency and liquidation proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Before joining Luthra, Khan was a Partner at Krishnamurthy & Co for the past three years. In the past, he has been associated with law firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB & Partners, DSK Legal and Dentons Link Legal.

At Luthra, Khan will work closely with Senior Partner Girish Rawat, contributing to the firm’s continued growth and client service capabilities in the region.
