IC Universal Legal makes 3 Partners – Puneet Shah, Souvik Roy and Yash Bansal

‘IC Universal Legal’ has announced its promotions. The firm has made three Partners taking the total number of partners to 18.

Puneet has been in the legal practice for over 11 years and is part of the firm’s Private Equity and Corporate Transactional Team. Before joining IC Universal Legal, he worked with J. Sagar Associates, ARA Law and Nishith Desai Associates at their Mumbai offices.

Souvik is a graduate of NUJS, Kolkata. Souvik specializes in advising on private equity and venture capital investments and M&As and has been with the firm for over 5 years. Souvik worked for Verus in their Mumbai office prior to joining IC Universal Legal.

Yash is a graduate of NALSAR, Hyderabad with specialization in corporate laws. His practice areas include investment funds, securities law and exchange control laws. Prior to joining IC Universal Legal, he worked with AZB & Partners & Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas at their Mumbai offices.

The firm has also made six Principal Associates and nine Senior Associates.
