PSL Advocates & Solicitors in collaboration with Delos Dispute Resolution, Paris is organizing the 2nd edition of the Oxford-Style Debate on 10th December 2022 (Saturday) at 5pm (IST). The event will commence via Zoom.
The Motion for the Debate is ‘This house believes that Indian law enables the use of guerrilla tactics in arbitration’.
The Speakers for the Motion are Percival Billimoria, Senior Advocate and Vivek Kapoor, Barrister and Arbitrator, 39 Essex Chambers.
