Two additional judges of Kerala High Court made permanent [Read Notification]

The Central government issued a notification to this effect on September 23, 2021.

The Central government has notified the appointment of two additional judges of the Kerala High Court as permanent judges of that Court.

As per a notification dated September 23, 2021, the following judges have been appointed as permanent judges:

- Justice MR Anitha;

- Justice KN Haripal.

"In exercise of the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Smt. Justice Mudalikulam Raman Anitha and (2) Shri Justice Karunakaran Nair Haripal, Additional Judges of the Kerala High Court to be Judges of the Kerala High Court, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices."
