Antares Legal assists Beryll Group on hotel management arrangement with IHCL

Beryll Weligama Private Limited has entered into a hotel management arrangement with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) for a hotel property located in the beautiful coastal town of Weligama, Sri Lanka.

Antares Legal advised the Beryll Group on this arrangement. The firm provided comprehensive advice on aspects of Indian law relevant to the transaction.
