CMS INDUSLAW acts on Zepto Series H fundraise

Zepto, prominent player in India’s quick-commerce industry, has recently concluded its Series H funding round at USD 7 billion valuation.

The funding round featured participation by several marquee investors and the fresh capital raised will support the company’s growth plans ahead of a potential initial public offering.
