CMS INDUSLAW, Lowenstein Sandler, Morrison Foerster act on acquisition of Portkey by Palo Alto Networks

Palo Alto Networks, a global leader in cybersecurity, has acquired Portkey, Inc., a pioneer in AI Gateway technology.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Portkey on Indian law aspects of this transaction.
