Fox & Mandal advised and represented Keventer Capital Ltd, Adventz Finance Pvt Ltd, Gaurav Agarwala, and Shradha Agarwala in relation to a joint venture arrangement in the real estate project development space.

The Firm advised the parties on the structure of the transaction and assisted in the negotiation, drafting, and finalisation of the transaction documents.
