Latham, TT&A, Ashurst act on TotalEnergies' ~₹2,800 crore sale of Adani Green shares

TotalEnergies Renewables Indian Ocean Ltd. has made a secondary sale of up to 28,640,138 equity shares of Adani Green Energy Limited on the screen-based trading platform of the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited amounting to ~₹2,800 crore (~$350 million).

Latham & Watkins advised TotalEnergies Renewables Indian Ocean Ltd. on this share sale.

TT&A advised Jefferies India Private Limited, the broker on this share sale.

The transaction team consisted of Abhinav Kumar (Partner), Shubham Sancheti (Managing Associate) and Raunaq Ali (Associate).

Ashurst served as the international Legal Counsel to the Broker.
