S&R Associates, JSA act on Euro Pratik ₹451 crore IPO

Euro Pratik Sales Limited has raised ₹451.315 crore from an initial public offering of equity shares, which comprised an offer for sale by selling shareholders.

S&R Associates advised Euro Pratik and its selling shareholders on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Jitesh Shahani (Partner), and included Associates Shwetank Sharma, Gunjeet Singh, Yashvardhan Singh, Aarush Sharma and Thambiah Jayaram.

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Axis Capital Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited, the Book Running Lead Managers, on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Arka Mookerjee (Partner), with support from Siddhartha Desai (Partner), Govind Roy (Senior Associate), Associates Prateek Khandelwal, Vaishnavi Kokonda, Bhuvanesh Kumar and Sharad Panwar.
