Wipro concludes sale of Yardley and Lornamead operations in UAE; AZB, Gordons, Clyde advise

The Lornamead Group has sold their personal care products division in the United Arab Emirates and India to Wipro’s consumer care and lighting division. Wipro also acquired the Asia, Asia-Pacific and North Africa operations of Lornamead’s best-selling brand, Yardley, amongst others, although Lornamead continues to own the European and American arms of the brand.
