Job Qualification and Minimum Requirements
7-15 years of experience with significant experience in law firms, litigation chambers, or in-house companies. A diversity of experience (civil, criminal, corporate) is required.
Excellent research and writing skills. An ability to explain tough concepts in an easy language.
A keen interest in the business support functions of sales, marketing, and tech.
Ability to mentor, supervise and manage teams.
As the head of Lawctopus Law School (LLS) you will:
Be responsible for the overall growth of the Lawctopus Law School. Your responsibilities will span the development and delivery of courses, sales and marketing, team building, and more!
Ideate, develop, and deliver excellent courses and workshops on legal skills, subjects, and law-based tests.
Research and write for reading modules, record video lectures, deliver live lectures, and develop assignments in consultation with industry and academic experts.
Work with institutions (law firms and colleges) and onboard industry and subject experts to develop and review courses and effectual long-term tie-ups.
Formulate out-of-the-box strategies to increase outreach and enrollments.

Remuneration Offered: 10,80,000 - 14,40,000 per annum.

Location: Completely remote. You can work when you want and from wherever you wish to. (Meetings and deadlines of course have a set time). We use Basecamp, Google Suite tools, and Zoom to make remote work happen.
