SDS Advocates is looking to hire an Associate or a Senior Associate in Mumbai.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 3 years

Qualification: LLM, LLB

Location: Mumbai

Job description

Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, looking for a role in Direct and Indirect Taxation, with good drafting skills, and seeking appearance before High Court at Mumbai are encouraged to apply.

Additionally, associates with a strong interest in Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, IBC, Taxation Laws are encouraged to apply for this position.

Requirements: LLM in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Insolvency Laws

Remuneration: ₹6 to ₹7 lakhs per annum
