L&L Partners Jitesh Shahani joins S&R Associates as a Partner in Mumbai

Jitesh Shahani has joined S&R Associates as a Partner in the Firm’s Mumbai office.

Shahani is a 2005 graduate of NALSAR, Hyderabad and has an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law.

He has previously worked with Linklaters, Baker McKenzie and Allen & Overy in Singapore and L&L Partners in New Delhi.

Shahani’s practice focuses on equity and debt capital markets transactions and he has represented issuers and investment banks on a variety of capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements, international high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings and equity-linked offerings of exchangeable and convertible bonds.
