Three Indian lawyers have been appointed as new members of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration.

Partner at Khaitan & Co, Delhi Sanjeev Kapoor has been appointed as the Vice-President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Head of BlackRobe Chambers Kunal Vajani has been appointed as a Court Member.

Managing Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Pallavi Shroff has been appointed the Alternative Court Member.

Established in 1923, ICC is involved in resolving difficulties in international commercial and business disputes to support trade and investment.

Members of the Court are appointed for three-year terms by the World Council.
