Delhi High Court dismisses PIL challenging mandatory Aadhaar to avail benefits under National Food Security Act

The Court said that as per the Supreme Court judgments in Puttaswamy, and the Aadhaar case, Aadhaar can be made mandatory to avail a scheme involving benefits.
