150 Indian students studying in Chinese medical colleges move Delhi High Court against travel restrictions

The students said that thousands of them returned to India due to the COVID-19 pandemic but unlike other countries, students studying in China could not return because of continuous travel restrictions.

A group of around 150 students studying in medical institutions based in China have approached the Delhi High Court seeking a direction to the Ministry of External Affairs to consult with Chinese authorities and find a way for them to travel [Korakkandan Arshad Ali and Ors v Union of India and Ors].
