Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh moves Delhi High Court against Bar Council of India decision to form a committee to look after its activities
The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh (BCUP) is also aggrieved by the constitution of a three-member committee by Bar Council of India (BCI) for conducting its elections.
The decision of the Bar Council of India (BCI) to constitute a nine-member committee to look after the activities of the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh (BCUP) has been assailed before the Delhi High Court by BCUP (Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh vs Bar Council of India).
