Delhi High Court issues notice in Maneka Gandhi challenge to trial court order in corruption case

The Delhi High Court today issued notice in a plea filed by BJP politician Maneka Gandhi challenging a trial court order which rejected the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) closure report in a corruption case against her (Maneka Gandhi v. State).

While rejecting the CBI report, the trial court had also directed further investigation in the case.
