The court took on record the "Guidelines for Handling, Treatment, and Disposal of Waste Generated during Treatment/Diagnosis/Quarantine of COVID-19 Patients" issued by CPCB.

The Delhi High Court today stated that it expected the Aam Aadmi party government to "scrupulously follow" the guidelines issued for disposal of swabs used for COVID-19 tests.
