L&L bound to suffer by keeping Saraf out: Parag Tripathi concludes submissions for Saraf [Read LIVE Account of Delhi HC hearing]

After mediation talks failed to make any headway, the Delhi High Court recently decided to hear the plea filed by L&L's Senior Partner Mohit Saraf against Founding Partner Rajiv Luthra today.

The matter is being heard by a Single Judge Bench of Justice V Kameswar Rao.

The two senior-most partners at L&L Partners have been embroiled in a tussle over the dilution of the firm's equity for over a month now.

The case was briefly taken up earlier this week before it was adjourned to be heard today.
