Supreme Court notice to Bihar on plea against removal of Tanti/Tatwa from Extremely Backward Classes list

The petitioners claimed that the move violates Article 341(2) read with Article 338 of the Constitution as only parliament is empowered to add or remove any class from Scheduled Castes list.
