The Central government on Monday cleared the appointment of advocate Siddhartha Sah as an Additional Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court..Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal announced the development via X. The decision comes more than two years after the Supreme Collegium had first recommended his name. .The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended Sah’s name for elevation to the Uttarakhand High Court in October 2023.The recommendation had highlighted wide and substantial range of work, a good practice at the Bar and a good standing at the Bar.
