[Breaking] Supreme Court calls for Justice Shiva Kirti Singh to continue as TDSAT chairman; CJI requested to expedite process of appointment

The Supreme Court on Thursday expressed the view that Justice Shiva Kirti Singh should continue as Chairman of the Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) till a fresh appointment is made to the post.
