Chief Justice of India (CJI) Sanjiv Khanna has decided to make public the probe report furnished by Delhi High Court Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya into the controversy over the alleged recovery of cash from the residence of High Court Justice Yashwant Varma.
