The Court took note of concerns that there have been attempts to give "another colour" to the case, which could be dangerous and land the entire city in trouble.
The Court passed the order on a plea alleging that children affected by thalassemia were exposed to HIV due to negligence by the staff of the concerned blood bank.
"Relationship of wife and husband is based on trust and respect and if it is broken, it is non-repairable as trust is the foundation of marriage," the Court said.
The Court was hearing PIL filed by one Shyamanand Pandey, who alleged that illegal butcher shops had proliferated in the city and were selling prohibited meat openly.
