Verist Law is looking to hire a Senior Associate with 3-6 years of work experience for the firm’s Mumbai office.

Job Description 

• Financing lawyer with core experience in documentation.
• Negotiation and structuring of debt, real estate and NBFC sectors preferred.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with LLB.
• The non-core experience should preferably be in the transactional general corporate, and not adversarial.
