Good Glamm Group has set up a joint venture with renowned Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar to sell personal care and wellness products for men.

The transaction team consisted of Statira Ranina (Partner), Sheetal Mishra (Senior Associate) and Puneet Mishra (Senior Associate).
The Good Glamm Group has previously acquired several companies like Vidooly Media Tech Private Limited, Boven Technologies Private Limited (Winkl brand that provides a platform connecting brands with influencers), video shopping platform Bulbul, and Popxo (digital platform for women).
ALMT Legal has acted as legal counsel for all the above acquisitions made by Sanghvi Beauty & Technologies Private Limited.
This joint venture marks the entry of the Good Glamm Group into the men’s personal care and wellness category.
