Smart Joules, a platform focused on energy efficiency, has recently raised $4.1 million in a Series A funding round.

The investors list includes ADB Ventures, the venture arm of Asian Development Bank; Sangam Ventures, a seed and early-stage fund; Max I Ltd; cKinetics Accelerator; Saket Burman of Dabur; and six other angel investors from India and the United States.

Antares Legal represented Smart Joules and its promoters on this transaction. The team was led by Partner Siddharth Bhavnani with Associate Mohona Thakur.

LexStart Partners and AZB & Partners are the other firms involved in the transaction.
