AQUILAW has advised group companies of CRI Limited on the acquisition of a land parcel in Sonarpur, West Bengal for an upcoming manufacturing facility.

AQUILAW conducted extensive legal due diligence on the title of the property and advising on the legal structuring, documentation, and implementation of the transaction. The Firm's scope also included drafting, negotiating, and finalising the Deed of Conveyance and other ancillary documents necessary to complete the transaction and secure clear and marketable title for the group companies of CRI Limited.
