The Firm conducted extensive legal due diligence on the title of the property and advised on the legal structuring, documentation, and implementation of the transaction. Their scope of work included drafting, negotiating, and finalising the Deeds of Conveyance and other ancillary documents necessary to complete the transaction and secure clear and marketable title for Ganesh.
