Sallum Private Limited, a company engaged in the manufacturing and retail of vegan and natural cosmetics and skincare products under the brand name “Astrea”, has successfully secured investment from a foreign investor in their first investment round.
AQUILAW acted as the transaction counsel for Sallum and its promoters. The firm’s scope of work included the drafting, review, negotiation, and finalization of all key transaction documents, including but not limited to the Share Subscription Agreement, Shareholders’ Agreement, and the Founder Employment Agreement.\
