Stanza Living (Dtwelve Spaces Private Limited) has raised ₹282.8 crore (approximately $32 million) as part of its Series E fundraise led by Accel, which also saw participation from Motilal Oswal.

Argus Partners advised lead investor Accel on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Anindya Ghosh (Partner), Jaidrath Zaveri (Principal Associate) and Shubham Tiwary (Associate).

Stanza Living is a managed accommodation platform for students and working professionals relocating to new cities.
