CAM, TT&A assist in Juspay securing $50 million from Westbridge Capital

The investment marks WestBridge’s entry into Juspay’s cap table.

Juspay Technologies Private Limited has secured $50 million in a Series D follow-on round, from WestBridge Capital, through a mix of primary and secondary investments.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Juspay on the transaction, as well as VEF AB (publ) on partial sale of their stake in Juspay to WestBridge.

The transaction team was led by Vandana Sekhri (Partner) and Suvojit Halder (Partner), with support from Darshna Vyas (Senior Associate) and Achyutha G M (Associate).

TT&A advised Westbridge Capital on their investment in Juspay.

The transaction team consisted of Gautam Saha (Managing Partner), Harshit Chandra (Partner), Prerna Raturi (Senior Associate), and Associates Eshani Agarwal, Radhika Sarda and Ruchi Tripathi.

The investment marks WestBridge’s entry into Juspay’s cap table and will support Juspay’s global expansion, product innovation, and liquidity for early investors and employees.
