Chandhiok & Mahajan and Dentons Link Legal are acting on Vidya Wires' Limited proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹320 crore and an offer for sale aggregating up to 10,000,000 equity shares by certain existing shareholders of the Company.

Chandhiok & Mahajan is advising Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited and IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited, who are the Book Running Lead Managers on this IPO.

The transaction team was led by Niruphama Ramakrishnan, (Partner & Head of Capital Markets), along with Pranav Gupta (Senior Associate) and Keshav Srivastava (Associate).

Dentons Link Legal is advising Vidya Wires on the IPO as per the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).

The company filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to utilize the net proceeds towards funding capital expenditure requirements for setting up new projects in its subsidiary, ALCU, payment of debt, and general corporate purposes.

The IPO is expected in April 2025.
