Clarence & Partners has advised Samved Ventures on their investment in Gullak's Series A fundraise. Gullak raised $7.5 million from the fundraise.

The Firm advised Samved on deal documentation, negotiations, and closing assistance.

The transaction was led by Clarence Anthony (Founder), with support from Varnika Sharma (Co-founding Partner), Neha Thakur (Associate Partner) and Nishi Singh (Associate).

Gullak is a digital gold savings platform that enables users to invest in digital gold, allowing them to save and grow their wealth through gold investments. It offers features such as setting savings goals, the option to receive physical gold delivery, and the ability to transfer funds via UPI.
