Clarence & Partners, Pejovic Legal, Karanovic act on Zetagradnja's investment in Lovćen Bank

The transaction is valued at approximately EUR 16.8 million.

Zetagradnja has acquired an aggregate stake of 40.5% in Lovćen Bank from DEG, Incofin, and the AP by way of a block trade on the Montenegro Stock Exchange.

Clarence & Partners served as the deal counsel to Zetagradnja on this transaction.

The transaction team consists of Clarence Anthony (Founder Partner) and Varun Kumar (Associate Partner).

As a result of this block trade, Zetagradnja has raised its stake in Lovćen Bank to 86.89% from 46.36%.
