Munchmart Technologies Private Limited, dba Swish, has raised $38 million from a Series B fundraise led by Hara Global Capital with participation from Bain Capital Ventures and Accel India.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Swish on this fundraise.

The transaction team consisted of Siddharth Manchanda (Partner), Maitri Parekh (Principal Associate), Martin Mathews (Senior Associate), Associates Nehal Kharyal and Yash Borana.

Swish operates a ‘fresh food in 10 minutes’ delivery platform.

The fundraise marks a significant milestone in scaling its operations and strengthening its position in the fast-growing quick commerce and food delivery segment.
