C5i, an AI & analytics company, has acquired Analytic Edge Pte. Ltd. and Analytic Edge Private Limited (collectively, AE Entities), a premier provider of AI-based marketing analytics solutions.

DMD Advocates advised the AE Entities and their promoters on this acquisition deal.
